“You can’t look at a cupcake without smiling”

What is it about cupcakes that fascinate us? The flavor? The smell? The way it looks? Well, whatever it is, cupcakes has caught on like wildfire. I wasn't a big fan of cupcakes until my wife took a friend of ours to a gourmet cupcake shop in Uptown Houston called Crave. She brought me back a strawberry cupcake and I loved it! But after that, I didn't ask if we could go back to buy more, I asked if she thought I was capable of baking cupcakes and she said, "I don't see why not." And so, my new found creative outlet is baking cupcakes. To me, it's like creating graphic design but with a more tasty and delicious smelling interaction with the design. And yes, I'm smiling.
